Wisdom for Living Counseling is in network with the following insurances through Headway:

Aetna

Cigna

Blue Cross Blue Shield

 

Depending on your specific plan, sessions may be covered in part or in full. Please call your insurance company to verify benefits. Some helpful questions to ask may be:

 

• Does my plan include mental health benefits?

• Does my plan include telehealth benefits?

• Do I have a copay? 

• Do I have a deductible? Has it been met?

• If I have met my deductible, what will be my coinsurance?

• If I have not met my deductible, how much will I owe per session?

Self-Pay Rate:

Individual session: $125 per 50 minute session

 

If you are out-of-network, you have the option of submitting a “supberbill.” A superbill is like an insurance receipt that will have all the necessary documentation for your insurance company to decide if they will reimburse you for sessions. If you would like a supevbill, they are automaticaly emailed to you once a month. Wisdom for Living Counseling cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointmet, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation charge. If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged the full fee. Please know that these charges are not covered by insurance and would be billed directly to you.
